CUBEE Sachverständigen AG came to us with the goal of going fully digital. Brand, customer platform, internal management system and vehicle wraps - everything from a single source.
The perfect project for us: don't just build a website, but understand the entire business and develop the right digital solution. From logo to admin panel, everything tailored to the business logic of an appraisal firm.
Challenge
CUBEE needed a complete digital infrastructure: A brand identity that conveys trust and professionalism, a customer-facing platform for appointment booking and damage reporting, and an internal management system to control all business processes.
Approach
Our approach covered the entire digital lifecycle. from logo design and typography through UX design and frontend development to backend architecture with real-time database, authentication, and email integration.
Outcome
The result is a six-language platform with interactive location finder, fully automated case management, invoice generation, and an admin dashboard that centrally manages all business processes.
Branding & Design
For CUBEE, we developed a complete brand identity that unites trust, technical competence, and accessibility.
Logo Design
The CUBEE logo is based on a geometric cube form. a direct reference to the brand name. The iconic yellow color combined with cubic geometry creates high recognizability while conveying stability and precision, core values of an appraisal company.
Design System
The primary blue (#316C97) conveys trust and seriousness, while the secondary coral (#BA491D) serves as an accent color for call-to-actions and highlights. The distinctive CUBEE yellow (#F9C227) forms the core of the brand identity, present from the logo to the vehicle livery.

Iterative Vehicle Design

The platform was designed as a full-stack application built on modern web technologies. with the goal of maximum performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Architecture Decisions
Nuxt 4 as meta-framework provides server-side rendering for SEO optimization, automatic code splitting, and first-class developer experience. Combined with Vue 3.5 and the Composition API, it enables reactive, type-safe components.
Supabase as backend-as-a-service delivers PostgreSQL database, authentication with role-based access control, and real-time subscriptions. without the overhead of custom server infrastructure.
For the interactive location finder, we leverage Mapbox GL combined with the Google Maps API. Users find the nearest appraiser through a map-based search with distance calculation.

Technical details and key decisions behind the CUBEE project
The platform is built on Nuxt 4 with Vue 3.5, Supabase as backend-as-a-service (PostgreSQL, Auth, Realtime), Nitro Server for API endpoints, Mapbox GL for location search, and Resend for email delivery. Deployment is containerized via Docker on Google Cloud Platform.

Supabase provides an instantly ready PostgreSQL database with row-level security, authentication, and real-time subscriptions. This significantly reduces development time while maintaining full control over database logic.
Yes, the platform is fully available in six languages: German, English, French, Italian, Turkish, and Russian. Internationalization covers the frontend as well as dynamic content and email templates.
The case management covers the entire process: damage reporting by the customer, automatic assignment to appraisers, report creation, invoice generation with PDF export, and status tracking. All actions are centrally managed in the admin dashboard.
Absolutely. Through Nuxt 4 with server-side rendering, every page is fully rendered for search engines. Additionally, structured data (JSON-LD), Open Graph tags, canonical URLs, and hreflang tags were implemented for all six languages.
