Your process in detail
We sit down with the people who run the workflow every day and trace where time, data and nerves get lost.
Web apps, portals, internal tools and automations for the workflows no finished product covers. We build the software around your process and stay with it in production.
At a glance
0 per-seat licenses
Your software doesn't cost per head. Whether five or five hundred people work with it changes nothing about the price.
1 system
One system that models your workflow and replaces the grown collection of tools: fewer gaps, less double entry.
1 team
Concept, design, development and operations from one team, with a direct line to the people who build.
100% your code
Source code, documentation and access belong to you. You stay independent, including from us.
We build the tool your workflow demands: no more, no less. Every feature has a reason in your day-to-day.
Where standard software fails
Off-the-shelf tools are great, until your process differs from their template. That's when the tinkering starts.
The tool dictates the workflow and your team bends around it. Everything the software doesn't know spawns workarounds and side spreadsheets.
License times users times months: every new hire raises the bill, and the annual renewal raises the price on top.
CRM here, spreadsheets there, copy-paste in between. Nobody knows which version is current, and reports take days.
The very process you earn your money with appears in no feature catalog. There is simply no finished product for it.
We combine these building blocks depending on the task. All of them run in projects we operate to this day.
Applications in the browser, for customers or your team: with login, roles and your design, reachable from anywhere.
Admin interfaces, planning tools and dashboards that model exactly the moves your team makes every day.
Requests, orders and cases move through fixed stages, with owners, deadlines and a clean history.
Your new software talks to CRM, ERP, accounting and payment providers. Existing systems stay where they do their job well.
Reconciliations, reports, reminders and data imports run on schedule, with nobody having to remember them.
Pre-drafting texts, evaluating documents, sorting inquiries: we build in AI features where they measurably save work.
If your process lives in spreadsheets today, we carry over their logic and data and turn them into a multi-user system with history.
Numbers from every area come together and become reports that carry decisions: current at any moment, no month-end copy job.
After go-live we stay on it: hosting, updates, monitoring and new features at the pace of your business.
Four steps from problem to software that holds up in daily use.
We sit down with the people who run the workflow every day and trace where time, data and nerves get lost.
You get a clickable draft and a plan in stages, each with its own fixed price. You know what will be built before the first line of code.
The most important feature goes live first and your team works with it early. What daily use reveals flows into the next stages.
We host, monitor and keep developing at the pace your business sets. Or we hand over to your team, cleanly documented.
In a free consultation we listen and tell you honestly whether custom software pays off for you. Sometimes the answer is: buy a finished tool.
Frequently asked questions about custom software
A focused first solution usually starts at around €10,000, and most projects land between €15,000 and €60,000. Scope decides: the number of workflows, integrations and user roles. We plan in stages with a fixed price per stage, so the budget stays in your hands at all times.
If a finished tool fits your process, we tell you so in the first conversation, and you save a lot of money. Custom software pays off when the process is your core business, when license costs grow with your team, or when the patchwork of tools and spreadsheets eats time every day.
You do. Source code, documentation and all access sit with you, contractually fixed. You can continue development with another provider or your own team at any time. We hold ourselves to that technically too: widespread technologies, no in-house inventions only we understand.
The first usable version usually goes live after a few weeks: deliberately small, focused on the most important feature. From then on your team works inside the system, and every further stage builds on experience from daily use.
That's the normal case, and stage-based planning is built for it. After every stage we reprioritize: what daily use proves important moves up, what nobody misses gets dropped. You pay for what is needed, and never for a plan from a year ago.
Proven, widespread technology: Vue and Nuxt for interfaces, Go for high-load systems, Stripe for payments, hosting in the EU. Nothing exotic: every decision is made so that other developers could take over the project at any time.
Yes. What works well stays and gets connected: accounting, CRM, inventory or industry solutions. The new software closes the gaps between them and fetches data where it is already maintained.
You decide: we take over hosting, monitoring, updates and further development, and many clients have stayed with us for years. Or we hand over to your IT, with documentation and onboarding. Both are normal paths, and neither costs you your independence.
The best one there is. Your spreadsheets show precisely how the process really works: columns, rules, edge cases. We carry over their logic and data and turn them into a system with permissions, history and simultaneous use. The Excel years were never wasted time.
You have a process no off-the-shelf product covers? Tell us about it. We'll give you an honest take on whether custom software is worth it and what the path there looks like.
