Process analysis
We look at how invoices are created today: sources, pricing logic, edge cases. That shows us where automation saves the most time.
Invoices that write themselves: from orders, bookings or subscriptions, with dunning, e-invoicing and clean exports for your accounting. At our clients, the software does the invoicing, the team has better things to do.
At a glance
0 manual work
Invoices and credit notes are generated automatically from orders, bookings or subscriptions.
100% e-invoicing
XRechnung and ZUGFeRD compliant with EN 16931, ready for the 2027 mandate.
24/7 dunning
Reminders and dunning levels go out on time and in the right tone, all by themselves.

Your accounting receives structured, DATEV-compatible data instead of stacks of PDFs.
Your system knows what was delivered. So it can bill for it too: generate the document, send it, reconcile the payment and chase it when needed.
Where day-to-day billing breaks down
Any tool can write an invoice. It gets hard when documents need to emerge from real business processes.
Hours every month spent on invoices from Word, Excel or copy-paste. And every typo lands straight in front of the customer.
Who has paid and who is overdue lives in a list nobody maintains. Reminders go out late or never.
Since 2025, German businesses must be able to receive e-invoices, and from 2027 issuing them becomes mandatory in stages. A PDF by email will no longer count.
The invoicing tool knows nothing about your shop, CRM or contracts. Amounts get retyped and master data maintained twice.
Every one of these building blocks bills automatically in live client projects today. Which ones your system needs is decided by your process.
Invoices and credit notes are created straight from orders, bookings or contracts, with gapless sequential numbering.
Create, send and receive structured invoices compliant with EN 16931. Ready before the mandate kicks in.
Payment reminders and dunning levels with deadlines, pauses and exceptions. You set the tone and the escalation.
Fixed intervals, tiered pricing or usage-based billing. Mixed models too, if your business needs both.
Payments by credit card, SEPA, Apple Pay or PayPal match themselves against open items, via Stripe or your payment provider.
VAT ID validation, reverse charge and country-specific tax rates, so international invoices come out right too.
DATEV-compatible exports by period and account. Your accountants receive data and never retype anything.
We integrated and tested Spain's VeriFactu reporting system before it becomes mandatory. We implement other country schemes the same way.
Invoices, credit notes and dunning letters as PDFs in your own look, multilingual and with all mandatory details.
Four steps from analysis to a system that bills on its own.

Then the plan is set: billing logic, integrations, timeline and a fixed-price quote that holds.
We build the system and let it generate test documents alongside your daily business until every invoice is right.
Switchover on a set date, clean from the first invoice number. After that we keep running the system for you, if you want.
In a free consultation we work out which documents you can automate and what the e-invoicing mandate means for you.
Frequently asked questions about billing automation
Invoicing from a single source with a standard layout usually starts at around €8,000, and most projects land between €12,000 and €35,000. Subscriptions, dunning, e-invoicing and the number of integrations set the range. After the free consultation you receive a fixed-price quote. The automation often pays for itself through the hours saved each month.
Since January 2025, all businesses in Germany must be able to receive e-invoices. From January 2027, companies with more than 800,000 euros in prior-year revenue must also issue them, and from January 2028 this applies to everyone. Only structured formats compliant with EN 16931 such as XRechnung and ZUGFeRD qualify, a regular PDF does not meet the requirement. We build both directly into your system: receiving and issuing.
From practically any system your orders live in: shop, booking system, CRM, contracts or project time tracking. The billing system pulls the data, applies your pricing logic and generates the document. Edge cases like discounts, partial deliveries or credit notes belong in the concept from day one.
You define levels, deadlines and wording, the system does the rest: it detects overdue invoices, sends reminders and escalates according to your rules. You can pause or exempt individual customers, for example during ongoing conversations. Every dunning letter is documented and traceable.
Yes. Fixed intervals, tiered pricing, usage-based billing or mixed models: we have built systems that bill recurring fees just as automatically as usage-based items. Upgrades, cancellations and prorated periods are calculated correctly too.
Through exports that match your accountant's software: DATEV-compatible formats, selectable periods and clean account mapping. Your accounting works with structured data, automatically every month if you like.
VAT ID validation, reverse charge, country-specific tax rates and multilingual documents are standard in our systems. We also implement country-specific reporting schemes: we integrated and tested Spain's VeriFactu before it becomes mandatory.
Usually it complements it. The automation makes sure documents are created correctly, payments are reconciled and reminders go out. The actual bookkeeping stays with your accountant or your accounting software, which we integrate cleanly. If an off-the-shelf tool covers your case, we will tell you honestly.
Fully: gapless sequential numbering, immutably stored documents and a log that records when and how every invoice was created. Hosted in the EU, GDPR-compliant. In an audit you can substantiate every document and every dunning run.
If your team spends hours on invoices every month, let's talk. We'll look at your billing process together and show you which parts can run on their own.
